Colleformica Arancia Atomica 2024 From Malvasia di Candia (80%) and Trebbiano Giallo (20%) grapes, harvested manually in the second half of September. The grapes remain in contact with the skins for a period of 120 days in fiberglass tanks and 2/3 pumping overs are carried out per day, fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. Refines for seven months in fiberglass before bottling. No type of clarification or filtration is carried out. On the nose we find hints of citrus and candied fruit, then withered wild flowers, honey and aromatic herbs. Great freshness and lively, mineral and enveloping tannin.
