Le Coste Le Chat 2023 From Chardonnay grapes from the Pitigliano area. Once destemmed, they are pressed directly and softly. The free-run must ferments in steel vats for about three weeks and then refines for a year in 10 hectoliter French oak barrels and a further 6 months in the bottle.
