Description

Le Coste Rosso 2022 Obtained from 95% Sangiovese and 5% Ciliegiolo, Canaiolo and Vaiano grapes, planted together as per tradition. Destemming, fermentation and maceration for 3 weeks, with some pumping over or punching down. Aging in 10/20 hl chestnut and oak barrels for 1 year and a further 6 months in the bottle.
