Alex della Vecchia - Pedecastello Elevare 2022 Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, the classic method "Elevare" is produced only in the finest vintages. Produced by direct pressing of the grapes, it boasts a beautiful, lively, and bright straw color. On the nose, it offers aromas of small red berries, almonds, wildflowers, and a light balsamic note. A subtle effervescence accompanies a pronounced freshness, a lovely savory finish, and an excellent persistence.
