Vico Areia 2023 From 100% Cesanese grapes, grown near Anagni at 390 meters above sea level, harvested manually in small boxes. A red wine obtained through crushing, destemming, 14-day maceration, fermentation with indigenous yeasts and 12-month maturation in steel tanks. Intense ruby ??red in colour, on the nose we find hints of red cherry and sour cherries together with floral and slightly spicy references. Smooth sip, soft body and fine, elegant tannin. To be paired with mature cheeses, red meats or first courses.
