Third born of the One Shot project, now in the fixed line, a Double IPA produced exclusively with Pils malt and fermented with Vermont yeast. For hopping, the Mosaic, Citra and Simcoe varieties were chosen using a truly abundant quantity (15 kg). The interaction between hops and Vermont yeast creates a very tropical and citrusy profile, both in the mouth and on the nose. The drink is soft and juicy, with an intense bittering finish like a true Hop Bomb.
