The Yuza Distillery Natural Cask Strength
First edition of this single malt from the Yuza distillery, founded in 2018 at the foot of Mount Chokai, in Yamagata Prefecture, northern Japan. Matured in ex-Bourbon barrels, it offers a fragrant, clean and harmonious tasting experience, with notes of orange peel and honey on the nose and the taste of apricots, vanilla and spices, accompanied by a sensation of creaminess when tasted.
