A historic lambic name

The Eylenbosch name comes from an old brewery in Schepdaal, in the Pajottenland. Re-founded in 2018 in Kobbegem, it has brewed its own lambic since 2019 and joined HORAL, the association of artisanal lambic producers, in 2023.

How to serve it

Serve gueuze cool but not ice-cold, between 8 and 12 °C, in a tulip glass: dry and tart, it is perfect with aged cheeses, cured meats and seafood.
