The lab of Hungarian beer

True to its name, Mad Scientist treats every brew as an experiment: double IPAs, sours with fruit and ice cream, indulgent stouts and lagers. It now exports to more than twenty countries and is one of the best-known names in Hungarian craft beer.

How to serve it

Biscuit Behemoth, an 11% imperial pastry stout with chocolate and cookie notes, is best served at cellar temperature, between 10 and 14 °C, in a large glass: a dessert to share.
