Barrel aged American sour ale inspired by the famous mint julep cocktail based on Bourbon and fresh mint. It appears clear with orange reflections, the foam is white, fine-grained and of medium persistence. The citric and tart notes given by the fermentation combine with the sweet vanilla and woody notes given by the passage in Bourbon barrels and the fresh and balsamic part of the fresh mint used in the final phase of production.
