Wine from Merlot and Tempranillo grapes, intense cherry color. Intense aromas of toasted oak, ripe fruit and spices. Soft and rich on the palate with well-integrated hints of dark fruit and oak. Long and elegant finish. Grapes harvested from owned vineyards grown organically with an average age of 20 years. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks then the wine is transferred by gravity into concrete tanks for malolactic fermentation at 28°C. The wine matures for 18 months in French oak barrels and a further 18 months in the bottle before release.
