How Martinotti sparkling wine is made

The second fermentation takes place in large pressure-tight tanks rather than in the bottle: the method, devised by the Italian Federico Martinotti, preserves the primary aromas of the grape and is the one used for Prosecco.

Available wines

Our selection includes the Silver and Rivolto spumante by Zanotto Officina Vinicola, from Glera grapes, in 75 cl bottles.
