Zanotto Officina Vinicola natural wines

Zanotto Officina Vinicola is a natural wine producer from Veneto, specialising in col fondo sparkling wines, refermented in the bottle on their own lees. On 1001.it you will find its range from Glera, Raboso and other local grapes.

The col fondo tradition

Col fondo is the historic sparkling wine of the Venetian hills: the wine referments in the bottle and the yeast stays at the bottom, giving bready aromas and a dry, easy sip. Zanotto interprets it with local grapes and a modern style.

Available wines

Our selection includes Bianco Col Fondo and Rosso Col Fondo, the sparkling Nude, Rude, Dude and Wild, and the Silver and Rivolto spumante, in 75 cl bottles.
